Erin’s practice focuses on Family Law, Residential Real Estate, and Wills & Estates. She is committed to guiding clients through various life transitions, whether that be moving in with a partner, getting married, purchasing or selling a home, planning for the future, dealing with the complexities of estate administration, or navigating a relationship breakdown.
Understanding that these issues can be stressful, Erin brings compassion to her approach and leverages her knowledge and experience to help clients understand the legal implications and make informed decisions.
Erin helps clients plan for the future through the preparation of Cohabitation Agreements, Pre-Nuptial Agreements, Post-Nuptial Agreements, Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Personal Directives.
She also helps clients resolve issues related to the breakdown of a relationship, including child support, spousal support, parenting and property division. She believes that negotiation and co-operation should be pursued where possible as it empowers clients with greater control and creativity, instead of leaving decisions to the court. Where settlement outside of court isn’t possible, Erin’s litigation experience allows her to effectively advocate for her clients and provide sound guidance and support through the court process.
Beyond her practice Erin enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her friends and family, particularly when board games are involved.
